As I said in my post, if you exclude the cash the company itself is trading for less than a quarter. That's about as bad as it gets. I suppose if the market decides that the company is worthless and that future losses are inevitable the company could sell for less than cash, but it doesn't happen all that often.

Thanks to the fall, this stock no longer accounts for a significant portion of my portfolio and despite it being cheap I'm not particularly inclined to buy more right now. I'll probably put it on the back burner for awhile and forget about it. Presumably it will be acquired somewhere in the not-too-distant future because it isn't likely to go up significantly with Wall Street pissed at management and I'm sure management would like to maximize the value of their holdings.
