8/20 They're killing me. Today, 6 days after I finally gave up and canceled the order, I get an email from Covad saying my line is going to be installed on 8/29. What a joke. I've canceled the order with BigNet on 8/14 and got a "trouble ticket number"... I've also lodged a dispute of the charges with Amex since I'm sure they'll be a little slow getting around to refunding my money on their own. (Especially since they now seem to be having some trouble getting the cancelation processed). ARRRGHH!!!!!" dslreports.com Covad customer on the edge of despair. I remember they promised us 'Plug and Play'. Judging by such reports, this looks more like 'Plug and Pray'
