If the facts in this article are true and I have no reason not to believe they are true. The concern I have is that Rich McGuinn has failed on his promise to a customer and he with held information from investors. If either of these incidence are true than it puts Rich McGuinn in a very bad light. He could have caused a lot of pain for Qwest Comminication. Missing a change in the market should not have happened...but it did and time will heal that, promises to customers and shareholders shoud always me kept. I am still long on Lucent, but this does cause me concern abouyt the present management. Techhelp
