Even MU has conceeded that RMBS has the IP, but are attempting to invalidate that IP on trade issues and JEDEC disclosure. Hell they are having a hard time getting DDR out on a PC MOBO although they have been bargging about it since 1996. Now you come along and say decades ago. I suppose you have a link to back this up and just happened to forget to post it. Show us the link that anyone has a patent on DDR before RMBS. Show me a link of prior art. Hell all the lawyers from Hitachi could not find one, but you can. Give us a break. BTW - First trial is in Germany. Pre-Art does not matter. First to patent does. Like it or not RMBS position is strong. SHOW US SOME PRIOR ART LINKS - preferably from DECADES AGO!
