So Dr Fred the Billionaire Podiatrist gets off with a lousy $55K fine? The SEC really needs to do more. Okay, to some extent I believe that anyone who didn't crack a rib laughing at Fred's preposterous claims richly deserved to lose money. But unfortunately this sets a bad example. Yeah, I think Fred's a hoot, but... VERY funny to see the accountant nailed as well. Profit and Lost...
