Dan, I am not a Director (see Post #703) I tell you and others what I hear from Joe V. I am not involved in the accounting. You guys are lightweights when it comes to screaming. Ask Joe V who is on his 4 to 5 hours a day about the audit.....Mario and myself. Again, you are batting a zero. Where did you hear 800,000 shares of tltk? Try 130,000 shares. Joe V got the notes paid early with a small discount. Dan, I have told people that the delay was that the U.S. Attorney would not let the Xecom auditors in until a couple of weeks ago because of tltk. Joe V told me last week that the auditors gave the excuse that they were working with the SEC to make sure it would pass all the bells and whistles. I don't know if that is true or not. I could be an auditor's excuse, but as far as I am concerned, it is an auditor's b.s.
Now, Dan, I will say you hit a ball and you are on 1st base. I made a mistake about Tom Coldicut. I thought he would be great deal of help, but I am the looser. However, no shareholder, to my knowledge, was hurt unless he is part of the other group. Now, you have the second base hit. I know only what people tell me. I have heard for weeks that the audit will "be the 1st of the next week". Well, I am not telling anybody anything about when it is coming. But, it is coming! Soon! When?????? In one report you made third base. You are right again, Mario teaches me things every week. He is bright, honest and a nice guy! |
