The bottom line is that Greenspan overplayed his hand and raised interest rates once too much and now 3 months later the proof is in the pudding.The entire retail sector,not only PC's,is suffering....just go to the malls..half-empty.I think Intel's problem lies in the transition from PC's to the wireless/analog sector...I think NSM and TXN are better plays now.
