Well that's exactly the problem. You can't judge double ordering. When you're allocating parts, your customers ask for more than they need so they can get more allocated to them. It's to their benefit to deceive the supplier.

I'm not saying this is going on right now, because I don't know. I'm just warning you that this happens all the time in the electronics business.
