Manfred, re; Roche, thanks. Yes, I asked because all my various e-mails to you there were rejected. Don't know exactly what I did wrong, as I tried several variations. The search engine was no help either, but found it interesting how much experience management has gained in other companies plus the large number that had experience in Latin America. Guess I struck out on my WAG. <g>
