Posted Sept. 29, 2000 From Intel Press Relations Despite various reports in the media, Intel reports it is still committed to launch the Intel® Pentium® 4 processor in the fourth quarter of 2000. This is consistent with Intel's public plan of record for this product. The company continues to work with customers to prepare the new processor and platforms for launch. The Intel Pentium 4 processor is healthy and continues to meet Intel quality standards.
