Hey, don't you guys know stocks are only supposed to go up?

Actually, I'd prefer that they do away with shorting entirely, and pass a law that says that you can't sell a stock for less than you paid. If the price goes down, tough, you're stuck with it. That'd make folks think twice before they paid a ridiculous price for a stock.
