Warpfactor, XOM has some internal problems as the Exxon/Mobil merger has not gone smoothly. Exxon did not anticipate thousands of former Mobil personnel quitting before joining Exxon or shortly after working a few weeks in the Exxon atmosphere... It has caused ExxonMobil to be personnel short and lacking experienced people in many frontline E&P positions, not to mention also caused leakage of competitive ExxonMobil data/information all over the oil industry worldwide IMO.....
