Mark,

I have a Dell with a Dual Processor, so to take advantage of it I had to use Win2000 NT which was the only OS available at the time that could support a Dual.

QCharts, amongst other programs, does not run on it. Dell does not know why, they lateral to QCharts. QCharts laterals to Microsoft. No one can isolate the reason. The most obtuse reply was from Dell, they suggested that it is because I use monitors not purchased from Dell.

Oddly, Intuit not only is aware that Quicken will not run on Windows 2K NT but they have no plans to produce a copy that will. So my situation is such that I run QCharts/QPnF on a Win98 notebook, Tradestation on the Dell, and Quicken is on a Gateway in my wife's office as well as on one of my Macs. Instead of having one machine that was purchased to be the workhorse I find it underutilized and spend time going from one machine to another.

It is difficult to believe the manufacturer once you are in a position such as this.
