I do not think you can read anything into the "going concern" language since the debt makes the statement a tautology. The debt is a problem, but with increasing revenues, the debt might not be a significant factor in the long run. K-Mart was once even more worse off. It is an ironic truth that the more you owe, the more likely it is that your creditors will be kept back since they cannot afford to take a total loss that a bankruptcy would cause. In other words, the creditors may be as stuck as we investors.

A bigger problem for me is to try to figure out what business COTG specializes in.
