Funny, funny, funny stuff The efficient market theory seems to have developed a 24 hour lag time. Novartis/BTRN info comes out on Sept. 26. Sept. 27, we have trading as usual. Sept. 28, all hell breaks out with large price and volume increases. Where was everyone on Sept. 27?
