Soliciting, submitting and allowing a false affidavit from Monica BJ Lewinski to be admitted into evidence is as clear a case of obstruction as any rational mind needs to see. Not to mention coaching Betty Currie, etc., using the power of his office to obstruct the investigation, causing his friends to lie for him, etc., etc. etc. JLA
