They are only asking 1% for SDRAM
4% for DDRAM
and 2% for RDRAM

Given that DDRAM is theft, 4% is not disproportionate.
Given that they have missed collecting royalties for 10 years on their SDRAM patent, 1% is not disproportionate.
This amounts to 1/10 of 1% per year - they are just back collecting. ggg

Since DRAM use is rising maybe the weighted average is closer to 3/10% per year. It certainly looks small when you look at it this way.

Yes I know that back royalties can not be asked for but asking 1/4 the amount for SDRAM than the evolutionary DDRAM is also another way to look at it.

Thus I keep coming to the same conclusions, that RMBS is not asking for anything disproportionate at all.
