I was referring to it as "old news" because the statement excerpted from Cisco's latest 10-K as justification for the argument that the stock price is going to $25, has been listed as a risk in Cisco's financial statements since the issue came up. My guess is that a certain amount of the risk is priced into the stock at this time.
