Okay folks. I concede that there were many people in print talking about $30 oil in 1999.

They all seem to have been ignored by the mainstream press and I did miss the posts on SI.

Thanks for the links.

Does anyone think that these were seen and ignored by the Clinton administration? I do stand by my claim that everyone, including self-confessed Republicans, was happy with the Energy Policy until a year ago.
