Major Activity This Week
Just reposting this as it is important to realize that as Plaintree increases their marketing and promotions activities the volatility will diminish. We will see decreasing pressure on the down side and steady gains as we move towards the December release of the products.
The reason there was such volatility and long downturns after each run up was the amount of time between positive information being communicated. I think we have broken out of this trend and will continue to see steady gains with minor, short lived retreats as increased communications continues.
As you can see by activity list below, the Marketing Communications level is improving. As the word continues to spread as a result of Plaintree executing the new Marketing manager's strategy, not to mention the strategy of their new international Public Relations firm, Plaintree will continue to capture more top of mind awareness in the investment community, new and potential customers, and wireless sector as a whole. All of this will lead to less volatility and steady gains.
Repost...........
This week should be a good week with all that is going on. It will be a week filled with marketing and promotion activity that create a lot of exposure for Plaintree. This exposure will be to the general public, the Hi Tech community and the Institution community. With all of this added exposure throughout the week we should start to see a new crop of investors starting to come on board. This increase should be enough give the price a boost and as the price continues to rise it should bring a few more people back in off the sidelines. Here's a list of the events for next week.

2. Internet Telephony Conference October 4 - 6, 2000, San Diego, California tmcnet.com
This show is billed as "The Best Conference Program For IP Telephony Professionals". The Internet Telephony Conference & Expo was launched in 1999 because, as anyone involved in the industry knows, the technologies driving IP telephony change virtually day-to-day. And TMC recognized that you needed a single venue to see and test all of the latest products coming on to the market, revolutionizing the way people communicate.
There will be over 130 exhibitors with 3500 industry attendees. This will garner excellent exposure for Plaintree with some of the key niches they are targetting as well as a whole new crop of potential US investors.

This coverage in the institutional community will certainly bring more interest in LAN next week and for the weeks to come as brokers, fund managers and the like add LAN to the watch List.
All in all we should see some positive influences this week from all of this activity.
