If you expect others to believe the company is undervalued, you might want to offer the information that caused you to believe it. Posting a description of the company's properties (along with mortgages, market values, etc.) is a good place to start. Since you seem to have friends in the IR firm, maybe you could get background info on the management as well. It would also be good to find out their plans for realizing the assets' value. Why don't they just load up on their own stock and liquidate the company? -g
