Hi kidl,

I bought recently around $1.00 because I figured we are getting one share of the new exploration company with most of the exploration assets of PVO which was valued around $.55 before this Patriot thing, and we get 1 share of the Patriot company for every 3.25 shares of PVO, and the PP for Patriot was thought to be going for $3.00 per share. $3.00/3.25 = $0.92. So $0.92 + $0.55 = $1.47

So with a possible value of $1.47, and a stock trading at less than a $1.00, it seemed a reasonable speculation to me.
I have seen the Barbie and Hot wheels computers advertised in flyers coming out about twice per month here in Ontario (Latest was Sat,..500MHz Intel Celeron, 10Gb Hard drive, 64 MB SDRAM, 40x CD Rom, 56 K Fax/modem, 15" monitor, speakers, & Barbie digital camera or hot wheels steering wheel and pedals with 20 software titles and Win 98 - all for $999 or $25 per month (ggggggggggg)), and the IBM deal is supposed to ensure expanded marketing in the U.S. I assumed most of the sales so far came from Canada, and a small number of boundary states, but that is a supposition on my part.

Coming into the Christmas season should really accelerate sales and speculation on sales. There should be one more good retail Christmas before a recession to correct some of the over indulgences in this cycle. I assume we will see weakness near term with the current problems in the computer-chip stocks, but this is a niche market in computers and may be less affected, and there is some proprietary software included that I don't think you can get elsewhere thanks to the links with Mattel. If sales drop, they could always include some dolls and cars. They offer upgrades as well.

There are opportunities for bricks and mortar distribution and further product offerings which could boost sales near term. They could also brand other items,...the digital camera was a nice addition.

There is little interest in the stock right now. Somebody has to start pushing it to retail investors, once everyone gets their fill of cheap (I hope) stuff. Should be soon :-))

Now what do you think?
