Ron,

Another amazing day! This stock has never traded this much for 2 straight days in the last year. I would agree that they must be close to inking the new lease, which will then allow them to close on the Mid-Con take-out.

If this stock doesn't cool off very soon, it would not surprise me if the VSE halts trading in it until the news gets diseminated. I would bet that a lot of other folks are thinking this also and this is what is causing a lot of the panic buying. There also could have been some short covering mixed in over the last few days.

Any guesses where this stock would open after an announcement that they have signed on to a lease for a carried 25% interest in the property? Do you think this is a reasonable speculation as to where this will end up?
