Have you read all of the posts here? We knew about Cruz and Alvin Tang and all the rest well before the SEC moved on them.

People say it's not possible to do real research on stocks like these. But it is. You just need to dig a bit.

btw, Cruz's friend and, um, colleague Fernando Juan then tried to take over CHCL. That, ah, was blocked. We raised absolute hell, which I do believe contributed to FJ's early exit, but I imagine we'll never know what actually happened. Suddenly Fernando and the looney Dominion of Melchizedek were outta there...
