LVENAvenger, the SEC makes no bones about depending on the public to help them ferret out securities fraud. Take a look at the list of stocks halted by the SEC and take a look at the stocks to which people like Janice choose to call attention. Coincidence? No. Many hours of research by many concerned people.

Please also note that aside from Fred Cruz, people here also helped nail Alvin Tang, the President of the United States Guarantee Corp. described by the SC newspaper Anderson Independent-Mail as "a Seneca-based Ponzi scheme that prosecutors now say bilked investors out of $57 million... Tang faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine."
