Question about "stop" and "stop limit" orders.
Why actually holds them: the broker or the exchange?
Some brokers don't offer them, which makes me think that the broker is responsible for sending them to the exchange when they are triggered.
Would you advise to use/avoid "stop" and "stop limit" orders?
