International Nursing Services provides skilled medical personnel for temporary and 'flexible' staffing of the home care
market. NURS is associated with over 750 hospitals and other health care facilities. On January 6, 1997, NURS
signed a 'definitive agreement' (pending shareholder approval) to purchase Eleventh Hour Inc., a national provider of
temporary personnel and outsourcing services to businesses, government, and service and professional organizations
through 8 branch locations in the west and midwest. This is NURS' first expansion into this sector of the staffing
industry.

This stock has behaved pathetically since it ran from ~1 to ~8 at the end of 1995. The last two days has shown the
strongest upside action in months. It is unclear if this is in reaction to the merger announcement, is a classic January
rebound, or reflects a reassessment of the company's position in the staffing industry. Use the symbol 'NURS'to
search these databases:

[The company also has stock warrants under the symbol NURSW].

This also may be a real sleeper. See techstocks.com - there aren't
any comments about NURS there but it appears NURS has established a line of credit and is embarking on a
takeover crucade, similar to Accustaf during the last couple of years. Who knows.
