Everything in life is not dollar and cents ......... sometimes you have to put people's wellbeing first. Funny... really and truly funny in the most elitist sense of the word.. And what's even funnier is that the people who complain the most and try to tell us that "money isn't everything" are generally the ones who've never had to scrape and scratch in order to feed their kids.... They're the people who don't live from paycheck to paycheck, nor have a minimal clue as to how their elistist environmental regulations impact the poor. So you have to ask yourself who's well-being you're looking after... your own, or the guy working the $6/hour job, driving the 'ol '76 pontiac billowing out blue oily smoke because he can't afford to get the rings fixed. No david.... I also believe in protecting the natural environment. However, if there is some natural resource that we can obtain from nature with minimal and TEMPORARY disruption, then I place the needs of man over the needs of nature. After all, NATURE IS CONSTANTLY IN A STATE OF SELF-DESTRUCTION AND SELF-RENEWAL.
