BOBBY HERE IS A LATE NEWS RELEASE Golden Hemlock Explorations - News Release Independent consulting engineer appointed; drilling contract signed Golden Hemlock Explorations GHEShares issued 71283261997-05-20 close $1 Wednesday May 21 1997News ReleaseMr Robin Forshaw reports The company has appointed Marvin A. Mitchell as a consultant to the San Jose de Gracia project, Sinaloa State, Mexico. Mr Mitchell is a graduate geological engineer with 30 years experience in all phases of mineral exploration and development both in North America and offshore. Golden Hemlock has signed a contract with Perforaciones Quest de Mexico, SA de CV to provide diamond drilling services, using Canadian drillers, to a total of 8,000 metres. Drilling will commence prior to the end of May 1997. All assaying will be by fire assay methods and will be carried out by Bondar Clegg Laboratories in North Vancouver, BC.
