ed... Thanks for the response, but I have to disagree. We are starting to see very efficient battery assisted vehicles like the Honda Insight, many more will be coming to market soon. Fuel cell technology is finally at a point where it should soon be commercially viable. I agree that alternative sources have had their fits and starts, but 30 years is not all that long to develop new technologies. The technology is rapidly catching up to needs and costs. I am not interested in relaxing air standards one bit, I don't think that is going in the right direction. Scott
