<<<Question: How did you come up with the exploration asset value of $0.55/share?>>>

$0.55 reflects the lower range of market prices of PVO in the 6 months prior to the Patriot news. If all the resource properties are put in the new exploration company, it is reasonable to assume the market will give us that valuation back. This also assumes some promotion about the potential of the properties occurring around the same time this transaction takes place. We are suppose to receive an interest in the new exploration company, equal to our current interest, so the $.55 value per share should be maintained even if a rollback occurs.

Just hamster thoughts,...I have been squished before (gggggggggggg).
