Everyone is waiting to see if the Money Managers start to buy. At some point PCLN will be viewed as a value play and the long term accumulation will start. Unfortunately today there are many co's trading way off their 'reasonable' valuations, smart money will flow there first. These, as of yet unproven, business model businesses will continue to suffer.
