CIBC World Markets upgrades to BUY from HOLD as lead product Oxygent moves to commercialization. Firm has a price target of $21.

Not sure if your assumptions are too bullish, but this target looks mighty conservative, IMO.

I've been building a position for a couple months now and really believe ALLP is a pending biotech success story.
