VSEA SLAPP lawsuit troubles worsen! An Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe attorney Matthew H. Poppe has disclosed that he charges the Varian SLAPP plaintiffs $279 an hour for his time. His time, according to him, includes viewing SLAPP news postings on the Internet message boards! I hope this important link helps Mr. Poppe and reduces what he charges us VSEA stockholders!
