<<<I think you are forgetting the $10-11 Mil. kiddy (approx. $0.35/sh), which I suspect had a lot to do with that $0.55.>>>

They talk of $9 million in the treasury of the combined company,...I'm unsure how much will be from PVO's treasury,
and how much will be from Patriot's treasury. The new PVO (Tumi) will likely get some money from a PP by Canacrap,
and possibly a portion of the money you speak of. Is there anything on Sedar yet, or have you talked to the
company?

The markets seem to want to rally, but are being held back by the normal Sept-Oct earnings warnings and fear of the
vacation quarter results. Happens every year. Dell, Compaq, and IBM have not warned yet, indeed they are saying
they have had, and are having good quarters.

I think Patriot rallies in Nov-Dec, and by the Roundup, the new PVO (Tumi) has some good properties to promote.
Couple that to Patriot's quarterly reports for the busy season of their first quarter
(they end their year Sept 30th I believe), and we should/could hit that $1.50 in the great Feb-Mar annual blowup (ggggggggggggggg).

The Patriot titanic sails the computing waves towing the little POS Tumi :-)))
