I'm looking into getting all the info you mentioned. Should have something by the end of this week to post here.

And FYI, they don't want to buy back all the stock and liquidate because they are looking to grow the company. they want to see their stock get an appropriate evaluation, and then use that to finance other acquisitions, either through private placements of issuing stock for real estate.
