Glenn, I have to believe this is a great time to buy. And hopefully, the last 6 months has taught us that we need to keep some powder dry. My goal is 50% cash, but there are times like this when I am so very tempted to deviate from that. For a buy-and-holder, I just can't help but think that now is the time to invest.
