Highly doubtful but I am very confused which is normal and i am laughing at myself when i say this. We were the leaders in tech and this was suppose to be strong contribution to the global economy. I am seeing a decrease in tech in figures put out by the fed. There figures could be questionable because there are glitches. Of course the glitches could be continuing to fuel employment. I am also seeing an increase in tech capability in India and China.
