We must recognize that while the tech stocks continue acting very poorly, the value sectors of the market are doing quite well in many cases. In other words the overall market continues to act much better than the averages. My guess is that Don Hays will be right about one more strong rally. But tech will be a lagger rather than a leader.

Gold stocks continue to act very poorly unfortunately. This could change at any moment but the near direction continues to be down.
