Hi tg - I agree with everything you sez. In terms of your last rhetorical question, it is interesting that Mr Roth & co have been planning this coup more than a year ago with the formation of the service division and the purchase of Clarify etc. So, this is not a chancey thing; rather, it is part of NT's roadmap. I'd imagine the other guys will try to follow suit, but NT has made advanced preparations and so now she has the 1st mover advantage. Additionally, alluded to my posts this morning, even for the conservative carriers, as soon as they see some of the results of this C&W project, they may not wait for NT to call. With a big project under the belt, NT can also apply similar procedures to others with a lower cost structure, since there is bound to be trial-and-error in the 1st time.

best, Bosco
