Go Online Networks Corp. Acquires Amer Software, Inc.
BUENA PARK, Calif., Oct. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Go Online Networks Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: GONT - news) announced today that they have acquired Amer Software, Inc., a Colorado Corporation. Much like NetStrat, Inc., Go Online's most recent acquisition, Amer Software was acquired for its cash assets, which will allow Go Online to move forward with the Company's long- term strategic acquisition and operating plans.
As a result of this acquisition, Go Online will be completing a triangular merger between NetStrat, Amer Software, and Westlake Capital Corp. in which NetStrat and Amer Software will discontinue all operations and Westlake Capital will continue to exist as the primary funding subsidiary for Go Online.

I had thought that maybe NetStrat was not *our* Netstrat, but this is way too much of a coincidence.
You guys wanna bet that Netstrat and Amer were nothing *but* cash? This all sounds like a very twisted plan to move BNEZ assets into funding GONT. I've no clue why.
Did you know that BNEZ is still trading? I can understand why people might want to sell- but why the heck does anyone want to buy?
