i wasn't quite sure at the time of the significance of it, but the rydex switchers on thursday , switched to an all time high in the new leveraged bull funds (been around only about three months or so) and brought the ratio of leveraged assets to peak readings seen on 7/14 and 9/1.

but now i believe it means HO HO HO, look out below -g-
