dmp, frankly, I find that a hard question because I'm with you. BB claims that his money flow data currently supports a high portion of longs over shorts (although most of his longs appear to be in energy)in the SR portfolio and that momentum on the NAZ is bottoming for LAST CHANCE TO GET OUT (OR GO SHORT) RALLY. However he is not particularly bearish on S&P but sez DOW looks like 30 companies going into bankruptcy, UTY has topped--higher interest rates ahead -- sell financials & utilities. As a momentum player, as you know, he does turn on a dime when his data dictates and could on the NAZ, but hasn't yet. He seems to be buying Don Hays' argument that Fed/Treasury is going to keep the market afloat until the election -- of course, that is not entirely the purely technical analysis he claims to favor.

Tomorrow/Wednesday (pos Fed statement and/or debates?) may confirm his call.
