Phil, another question for him...Why did he recently rate it a buy? He did reply to my question but never did give a answer..so not going to pursue it any futher. Our main problem is aftermath of Bre-x and the more recent problems with salting ect. Will take a while to settle down. I do like some of Charters picks such as GIT,SJD,KRY AND...PFG. Keith
