Hi Madly,
This announcement just does not look that good to me. There is nothing
in the announcement to indicate that Stayhealthy received a healthy cash
infusion. On the contrary it looks like idealab! just placed one of it's
own creations in exchange for a big chunk of us. A good deal for them
I would say. Given the recent private placement and the continuos stream
of business activity we have been witnessing in the corporate PR's I
would have thought that we would be moving seriously toward our
own IPO. I wish idealab! well, but frankly I'm a shareholder in Stayhealthy.
I hope you know something that will change my mind but I am feeling let down.
