Cup with handle? Explanation appreciated.

I've heard the expression a few times, even looked at some stock charts mentioned in conjunction with the formation, especially DWCH just before it broke out. I just can't see it. What am I looking for? Could someone please explain the formation and the type of chart to look for it on? It's not the standard linear price vs time chart, is it?
