I have been booted off the Silicon Investor by jill@techstocks.com
Here is a copy of what she sent to me and I guess the fine uneducated
college kids at SI win again. My sin was to express my opinion of a
stock in a negative fashion. I averred that Northrich Pacific a firm
backed by Marchement Mckay had little chance of ever developing an economic
nickel mine in the Northwest territores. I also said that their recent news
was bad and the stock would fall. It did.
The participants on this thread have stated that I will be investigated by
the Vancouver Stock Exchange for stock manipulation. Apprently some
one has made a complaint and the VSE is investigating. I told the SI that I
may sue them and the thread if this witch hunt causes me financial harm.
I wasn't under any delusions that SI was fair and I knew it was dominated
by stock support groups and shills paid by the company. But the level of
their interference in peoples live who have any opinion is not right.
People called Timmins to ask around about me. Their negative opinions
were posted and they hurt. The VSE investigation may be disastrous to
any involvement with companies on a directorial capacity and any share
deals I may make with companies. I have no idea what it will cost me
but I can guess that it if it is real and protracted it will be considerable
just to defend..It is also based on petty vendetta and is completely without
right and is unfounded in fact.
I invite you to share your opinion with the webmaster and those who have
expressed their displeasure with my predictions. Since I cannot log on
anynmore to get names of those responsible, could I ask some of you to
collect the information for me of those who published personal attacks
upon me in the Pacific Rim thread and on the Northrich Pacfic thread.
Do this quickly before the webmaster removes them. unitl I can get a suit
in place she cannot be charged with contempt of court.

Actually, we DO have the right to ask that people "play nicely"
on this site - and we will. We have an attorney who is well-versed
in Internet law, and we are well aware of our rights, and yours.
However, you don't seem interested in keeping SI in the clear,
but insist on using our site as a medium for yourself with no
regard for our responsibilities as the provider of that medium.
And we have valid email addresses for EVERYONE (despite what they post
on their profile), as they cannot be fully registered to post
without supplying us a 4-digit code that we emailed to THEM.
Regardless of alias and/or "fake" email address, we have ways
of tracking down just about anyone. Its not that difficult.
Brad (co-founder of SI) and I will be researching the complaints
we have received and the possibility that the VSE is involved.
And your attitude toward me ("kommunist" name-calling) isn't
going to get you anywhere. If you act this way towards me, God
only knows how civil you are to everyone else.
