This article gives a mixed message. Who knows if it should be read that there is a shortage so the price of capacitors is up or there is a diminution in demand so that the market is slow. This is the kind of article that is exactly why KEM is selling at 9X earnings as opposed to 25X earnings. There is confusion as to what the market is going to be in the next six months. They are looking for indications of demand for Christmas.

I think that the clearer indication of how KEM is doing is the release of earnings on Oct 23rd.

At this time there will be a clear knowledge of how the orders are coming in.
