Well, the way I figured it, BNEZ gets all the GONT shares, so Jack would have first crack. No need to short, since who would know about their distribution before he did? Who could sell them quicker than Jack?
Besides, he may own such a huge majority of the shares that the number you get may be immaterial. He wouldn't care if you sold them, anymore than he cares if you sell all your BNEZ shares, since he's already made the money off them when they were issued.
As he would make a quick buck off any GONT shares he gets.
Isn't there a history of this company delaying issuing shares? What happened with the Compass spinoff/acquisition? Did you get any shares in that deal?
Sorry, just curious, since I don't know much about BNEZ, except that "Mr. D" bought a ton of shares (I remember him pumping it on the DGIV thread). His involvement is usually a sure sign of impending doom (DGIV, MTEI, etc.) |
