Key Members Of Somaliland Government Said For Unity
Text of report by Somali newspaper `Qaran' web site on 20th September

Key members of the Somaliland administration, headed by Muhammad Ibrahim Egal, seem to be inclined towards the unity of Greater Somalia and are moving away from the secessionist stand.

Jude Su'if Farah, deputy chairman of the Somaliland supreme court, recently went to Arta, Djibouti, where members of the Somali National Transitional Assembly are based, and declared that he had joined what he called a camp for the majority of Somali people.

Ahmad Shaykh Salah, the chairman of Somaliland parliament select committee on reconciliation and resettlement, Abdi Habsadeh, the Somaliland parliamentary spokesman, and Bashi Ali Jama, minister of mines and water development, are in Djibouti on what our reporter called a mission of national reconciliation.
